TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We strive to become a self-learning organization. Therefore, internal course materials, webinars, presentations, and literature are available to all employees on the corporate website. Each of us makes a personal contribution to the accumulation, storage, and transfer of knowledge within the Company. We adhere to the philosophy of lean manufacturing (LEAN). LEAN principles help make our work easier and more convenient. If you are not yet familiar with this approach, we have regular specialized training. Each year, we welcome learners who are interested in professional development. During the internship, students work with mentors and can show their strengths. After the internship, graduates can continue working for the Company.

Training and development of each employee's professional skills is a fundamental principle of our Company.
